We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and empathy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Meet established performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and call resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
