Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate party.

Update customers and Insurance companies with repair status.

Open repair orders.

Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork.

Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage.

Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Bilingual (Spanish)

Strong written/oral communication skills

Experience In The Collision Repair Industry Preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
