Qualifications & Requirements Must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License for a minimum of one year. One year Experience in an P & C Insurance setting required. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct outbound calls and correspondence to follow up on customers' and insurers' inquiries or provide updates on services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system. Collaborate with team members, underwriting guidelines and Insurer representatives to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exceptional client services. Skills Proficient in computer use with the ability to type efficiently for Insurance documentation, and insurance coverage entry tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism during customer interactions. Experience in client services or a related field is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
