Job Title: Customer Assistant

Location: Noida, Sector 2

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly
• Assist in completing bank-related tasks and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative duties

Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
• Prior experience in customer service or client handling is a plus
