Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure complete resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or policies
Uphold company standards for communication, tone, and brand representation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
1–2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and support ticketing systems
Bilingual skills are a plus
