Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, selling banquet decor, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a benefit
• High school diploma or equivalent
