Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. The hybrid role is based in New Delhi, allowing for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
