Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries and escalations on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Ensure response timelines are met as per defined SLA standards.
  • Maintain the brand's tone, professionalism, and messaging across all interactions.
  • Make outbound calls to customers as needed, especially upon request or to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, particularly in skincare, to assist customers effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify patterns or recurring issues.
  • Coordinate proactively with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) for timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a chat or blended customer service role is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of skincare or familiarity with skincare products is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
