This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Elixir Wellness in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Patience and empathy towards customers
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Knowledge of Wellness, Aesthetics, Anti-aging, or Recovery services is beneficial
