Responsibilities will include service request intake and follow up, scheduling technicians for service, inspection and training events along with vendor repair coordination. Must have a positive attitude and strive to provide excellent support for customers and technicians. Will be responsible for general office tasks (scanning, electronic filing) along with organizational projects, which will be assigned in addition to daily tasks. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3-year office experience preferred with a strong knowledge of MS Office 365(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Position is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Essential Functions
Responsible for incoming customer service requests and dispatching them appropriately
Maintain positive attitude and friendly demeanor to foster positive relationships with customers
Update work orders and purchase orders in CMMS
Order parts based on technician and other department requests
Coordinate repairs and other on-site services with vendors
Organizational and administrative projects as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, AA or bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of customer support experience required, preferably in a service-related industry
Knowledge to provide hands-on support to manage and maintain the Office 365 related technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
