Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to work for our client in the healthcare industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 6 months, W2

Location: REMOTE (rotating shifts between 8am-8pm EST---2 8pm shifts required during the week other days flexible.)

Pay Range: $18-20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer service calls empathetically and professionally
• Accurately document, research and resolve all inquiries ensuring documentation is clear and complete
• Respond and resolve inquiries on the first call by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs (benefits, eligibility, material requests, physician assignments, claims, billing and payment, etc.) utilizing all resources available.
• Monitor and expeditiously close any inquiries which require follow up based on departmental guidelines
• Refer unresolved inquiries/Grievances to designated areas for investigation
• Own problem through resolution on behalf of the caller in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow up with support resources/partner with others to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, College preferred
• Minimum 2+ years Customer Service experience, ACD Call Center experience preferred
• Availability to work two evening shifts per week (typically 11am-8pm EST)
• Availability to work three Holidays not observed (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
• Reliable High-Speed Internet/ability to hardwire connection to home router
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is required
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD10 coding preferred
