Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Milwaukee, WI, for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks, including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications
  • Possess skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with handling Customer Experience and working as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role in Milwaukee, WI
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
