Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Framingham, MA. The Customer Service Representative will assist clients with their insurance needs, answer inquiries, handle customer issues, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will act as a liaison between clients and the company to enhance customer experience.
