📍 Location: Melvindale, MI

📅 Duration: 6 months | 🕗 M–F 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional OT)

💲 Pay Rate: $16–$17/hour

Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer support? Russell Tobin is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team and represent one of the world’s leading optical retailers.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry, with the potential for extension or full-time conversion for the right candidate!

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email, social media, mail)

✅ Resolve issues using department tools, resources, and sound judgment

✅ Collaborate with field and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

✅ Maintain high-quality service standards and support company objectives

✅ Create win-win solutions and positive customer experiences

Preferred Experience:

✔ Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

✔ Experience in retail (especially Luxottica stores) is a plus

✔ Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
