McDonald Collision is growing again! We are adding a new member to our CSR / Estimator Assistant team. Our ideal candidate has collision administrative experience, with a strong customer service background. We are a team-oriented shop that delivers a fantastic work environment, supported by a superior, family owned dealership group.
This is a new position and we are looking for someone to help us define their new role. This role will start as an administrative assistant to our estimating staff. Starting pay will be based upon experience and aptitude, however, we provide career advancement from within, and advance you rapidly, based upon your performance.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Assisting With Answering Customer Phone Calls
Greet and Escort Customers Around Shop
Scheduling
Vehicle Check- In/ Delivery
Manage Customer Updates
Monitor Office Emails
Monitor Insurance Supplement Submissions
Type of Experience Needed to be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic computer skills (printer/copier/phones/camera)
Basic math & accounting skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle high stress customers & situations with a positive attitude
Attention to detail & quality oriented in all tasks
A working understanding of vehicles or previous experience in the collision or mechanical field is helpful.
Specialized Skills:
Good customer communication and service skills are a must!
Collision administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency with collision estimating software, CCC preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, responsive listening, and critical thinking aptitude.
Excellent oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual.
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude with cooperation, and leadership style with all team members and customers.
Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
