Primary Talent Partners has a new 5-month contract for a Customer Service Rep with our great client in Marlborough, MA.

Pay: $22.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm | 100% onsite

Top 3 skills - salesforce/service max case experience, call center experience, heavier on emails, typing skills, experience with Microsoft office applications

Summary:

• Call Center Representative I acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support.
• Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
• Records details about customer inquiries.
• Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
• Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. (3-5 years of experience)
• Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience
• Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability
• Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations
• Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues
