Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using ERP software.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases through data entry.
• Manage related dates and ensure timely follow-up on customer orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales support within the electrical industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customer management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
