Department Objectives

Our Sales & Customer Care Team aims to maximize sales through phone, chat, and e-commerce channels while providing prompt, respectful customer service at every touchpoint. We seek confident, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals passionate about building client relationships and interested in e-commerce.

Please note: Our operations run 7 days a week, including public holidays and weekends. Open availability is required.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through phone support to elevate our brand.
  • Create a customer-centric environment focused on the entire purchasing journey.
  • Use conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to de-escalate customer issues empathetically.
  • Resolve complaints with timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Achieve timely, one-touch resolutions and maximize sales during key periods.
  • Dedicate yourself to customer success, going above and beyond to find solutions.
  • Report online issues for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings, including top-selling and new items.


What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward success.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, spoken, presentation).
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
