Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site position located in Macomb, MI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, managing customer accounts, processing insurance claims, and handling any customer-related issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
