About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at one of our three MB Collision centers in the San Fernando Valley. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, creating positive customer experiences, and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greets every MB Collision customer promptly and friendly via phone or in-person
  • Provides customers with updates on the repair process
  • Handles authorizations, payments, billing, and load level processes
  • Coordinates with rental car companies and tow providers
  • Confirms all customers receive sufficient communication
  • Manages schedule of appointments, confirming with customers 24 hours in advance to optimize capture rate
  • Updates Enterprise ARMS twice daily
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
