About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a stable and trusted client to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from order entry to final invoicing.

Job Description:

This is a full-cycle customer service position responsible for supporting both clients and internal sales teams. The role involves order processing, resolving shipping or pricing issues, and maintaining communication with customers throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming customer phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Enter, manage, and invoice customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, freight charges, and shipment discrepancies.
• Serve as a backup point of contact for customers when sales reps are unavailable.
• Input purchase orders with vendors and follow up as needed.
• Work with shipping carriers to obtain rates and address delivery concerns.
• Assist with various administrative and office support tasks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, order entry, or related role.
• Able to work in office 100%
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with customers over email and the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with order management systems.
  
  

Additional Details:

• Full-time position with standard business hours
• 40 hours per week, no weekends. Paid hour lunch!
