  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, supply chain, production, quality, and R&D) to coordinate customer requirements, resolve issues, and track progress on open orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order documentation within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Support customer onboarding processes and help educate clients on order procedures, timelines, and product readiness expectations.
  • Communicate any delays, product changes, or potential challenges with transparency and care, providing proactive solutions when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with planning and inventory teams to help ensure on-time delivery and proper customer-supplied material receipt and usage.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and orders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of dietary supplements, FDA cGMPs, or the wellness industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Core Competencies:
