About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and experience with our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with contact management systems
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Service Titan Experience
• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and booking appointments in a timely manner, according to urgency and restrictions, reschedule calls as needed
• Gathering all information when booking calls
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures
• Addressing customer questions and resolving any concerns
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous experience in customer service
• Managing customer appointments from start to finish
• Debriefing service technicians
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
