As a Patient Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing professional and compassionate support. You will assist with appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and program details while ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and respond to phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with appointment schedulingprogram inquiries, and general support.
  • Guide patients through program details and care protocols with clear and accurate information.
  • Update and maintain patient records in our client management system.
  • Identify and address patient concerns, escalating to the appropriate team as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare and support teams to streamline patient care and communication.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • patient-first mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical settings is preferred.
