We are seeking an International Voice Executive to join our team, specifically in a lead generation process that involves outbound calls to US-based clients. Tasks

As an International Voice Executive, you will:

• Handle outbound calls to US clients, generating leads and providing support.


• Communicate effectively in English to engage with prospects and clients.


• Follow up with leads to qualify prospects for the sales team.


• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.


• Ensure high-quality customer service with a focus on results.


• Meet daily and weekly targets related to lead generation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken).


• Previous experience in lead generation or telecalling is preferred, but not mandatory.


• Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM).


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.


• Ability to work in an office environment.


• A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
