Systems Integration, Inc. is hiring**Customer Service Representatives for the Maryland Department of Human Resources call center located in Owings Mills, MD.**These representatives will answer toll free lines, obtain andprovide information regarding DHR programs to the public, andmanage inbound and outbound calls and fulfillments in accordance to established procedures. Representatives**must have strong computer literacy skills and be able to work on multiple computer applications simultaneously, good at multi-tasking**and have the ability to type 45 wpm or more.The call center is staffed Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
**One year of Customer Service experience**, preferably in a**call center environment**.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
**Candidates with prior work experience in the social services industry working with - Medicaid, Maryland Health Connect, Food Stamps, Temporary Cash Assistance, or Child Support, is highly desired and will receive first consideration.**
Must be able to pass a criminal background search.
