Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position with our Clear Lake, TX location as a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects. You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use. Duties will also include, but are not limited to: custom project quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, vendor relations, filing and assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations when needed. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Strong Math Skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Exceptional Attention to Detail. Professional Appearance and Attitude. Previous printing experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person. Experience with Adobe software is a plus, but not required for the role.
