We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive parts. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to final delivery.


In this hybrid role (2 WFH/3 in office), you'll work closely with internal departments—including sales, logistics, and production—to provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with our customers across the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, account managers, and internal team members through open, consistent, and interactive communication.
  • Manage the entire purchase order process—from order entry to final delivery—by coordinating with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Warmly greet customers over the phone and address all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Review all incoming purchase orders to confirm accuracy in pricing, terms, delivery details, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to routine inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and general product information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints through phone, email, mail, or social media by offering appropriate solutions or alternatives in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about warranties, product coverage, and terms of sale to assist customers effectively.
  • Offer troubleshooting support and recommend appropriate solutions in the event of product malfunctions, including managing product recall procedures.
  • Monitor and anticipate product shortages or increased demand and communicate insights to the Planning Department to prevent potential fulfillment issues.
  • Stay up to date with departmental standards, systems, and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all customer service operations.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Automotive industry background – highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent – required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
