Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hicksville, New York. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage records, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment to meet customer needs.
• Enter customer orders and information accurately into the system.
• Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate follow-up actions as required.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer records and process relevant data.
• Monitor and update customer accounts, taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for record-keeping and data processing.
• Strong skills in data entry and order management.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including email correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
