Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Greater Sydney Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the customer experience. They will operate as a liaison between the customer and the company, addressing issues and providing solutions to improve the overall customer interaction with Headsafe’s products and services.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in healthcare or technology industries is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
