Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience is good
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Freshers can apply
• Anyone who can speak in English can apply

About Job

• Afternoon shift
• Work time: 3pm to 12 Midnight (9 hours shift)
• Hybrid work (2 days from office and 3 days from home)
• Saturday & Sunday weekly off
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
