Job Posting – Customer Services Specialist (Full-Time, Temporary)
Do you love challenging questions, dynamic co-workers, and connecting our customers to community services? GPPL is looking for a temporary, full-time Customer Services Specialist to join our fun-loving team of library professionals for a 6-month term. As the Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing information services to GPPL customers, both large and small, and acting as backup for exam invigilation and room bookings. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, this role ensures GPPL provides seamless service by being a conduit to all types of information, whether that be part of our collection or beyond.

·High School Diploma required; library experience preferred
Position Details
·Hours of work include a 35-hour work week with evening and weekend work required.
· Salary to be on Grade 5 of GPPL’s salary grid ($47,829.62 - $ 63,792.69) and commensurate with experience
· Successful candidates will be required to submit a Criminal Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check as a condition of employment
