Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Fredonia, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with CRM software
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is beneficial
