Position Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—helping them with orders, questions, and support and data management. Your communication skills, patience, and problem-solving will help us deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process orders, returns, and quotes accurately and efficiently
• Resolve product or service issues with professionalism and follow-through
• Work closely with sales, shipping, and purchasing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• Major + if you can learn new skills on the fly

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ year of customer service experience (manufacturing or B2B experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
• A calm, positive attitude—even when under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills (Notes & Communication are big)
