Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities: Address incoming sales calls Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle Complete daily work activities Maintain Customer Satisfaction Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements : Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged Bilingual a plus!!!
