We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Franklin, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Manage customer accounts and resolve issues effectively using tools such as Zendesk.
  • Accurately input and update customer information and orders in data management systems.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Handle order entry tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide courteous and attentive service to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience with email correspondence and order entry processes.
  • Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for basic tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
