The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of email communication, processing purchase orders with accuracy, and sending timely confirmations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure are essential, as is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also assist with general office responsibilities such as answering phones, filing, and supporting team members as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and experience or willingness to learn the MCS system is highly valued.
