The Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers in the Northeast U.S. region. This is a remote, field-based role responsible for providing hands-on technical support, warranty coordination, post-delivery inspections, and building strong relationships with fleet operators and service partners.

The ideal candidate has experience in the motorcoach or commercial vehicle industry, is comfortable working independently, and thrives in a customer-facing role where technical knowledge and responsiveness make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for post-delivery inspections, service issues, and technical concerns
  • Coordinate warranty claims and field campaigns with internal departments
  • Log and manage customer cases in Salesforce, maintaining accurate service records
  • Assist with service bulletin implementation and technical training when needed
  • Represent Temsa professionally during customer visits, events, and delivery walkarounds
  • Travel throughout the Northeast region to customer sites as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the motorcoach, transit bus, or heavy-duty vehicle industry
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, pneumatic components, and field troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Cummins engines, Allison transmissions, and standard diagnostic tools
  • Working knowledge of J1939 communication protocols is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently, with strong time management and organization
  • Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement, or the ability to obtain one


Preferred Candidate Location

Candidates must reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Massachusetts

  • Pay: Dependent on experience (D.O.E.)
