🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)



đź’Ľ About the Role

You’ll serve as a key member of the front office team—handling patient check-ins/check-outs, collecting payments, and delivering compassionate customer service. You’ll also engage with members to resolve inquiries, support enrollments, and help ensure a seamless patient experience.


📝 Responsibilities

  • Answer member inquiries by phone, email, and in person with empathy and accuracy
  • Educate members on HAP products, benefits, and enrollment options
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Monitor and resolve outstanding cases in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments and providers for resolution
  • Recommend service improvements based on feedback and recurring issues
  • Support special projects and outreach activities as needed


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Dependability, empathy, integrity, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC usage
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and billing processes
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends
  • Experience in medical office front desk operations is highly preferred


📚 Education:

  • Associate’s Degree OR 4+ years of relevant experience
