Gerlach's Garden & Floral Center is hiring a Floral Counter Customer Service Associate. The main responsibilities will include: Telephone customer service including - time sensitive efficient order entry on an up to date Point of Sale System, as well as handling a variety of other retail flower shop tasks as needed. The candidate, should be able to manage working at a busy pace without sacrificing detail. We are looking for a friendly personable team player, who works well with others, pitches in whenever and wherever needed. This is a daytime position that will include weekends and essential holiday weeks. Some Floral knowledge/experience will be helpful.
