**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused**Customer Service Representative**to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor, a positive and can-do attitude, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of customer service principles to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism, courtesy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer concerns, including complaints from difficult customers, in a calm and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • **Order and Account Management**: Process service requests, schedule appointments, and update customer accounts accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • **Communication**: Provide clear and accurate information about services, billing, and policies to customers.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share feedback to improve customer experience.
  • **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.

**Qualifications**

  • **Experience**: Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) with a proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • **Skills**:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and account management.
  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • **Availability**: Flexible availability for part-time hours, with openness to transition to full-time in the future.
