We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of the top Financial Service companies in Greenwood Village. This position will require critical thinking and problem solving, as well as the flexibility to work a Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule from 11:30am-8:00pm.
Description
+ Respond to customer's (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.
+ Maintains proficient knowledge of products and services.
+ Set up and maintain accurate records in database.
+ Communicates with dealers and sales reps as needed to ensure error free implementation.
+ Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed.
+ Support sales reps related to back office follow-up, special reports, letters or faxes to dealers.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
+ Must be able to work 11:30-8:00pm Monday - Friday and at least every other Saturday
+ 1+ years of experience with over the phone customer service
+ Must be able to work in office
+ Must have reliable transportation
+ Willing to learn/eager to find a career
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Be able to work in a team environment
+ GED or High School Diploma
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish
+ Call center environment experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
