Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and attention to detail. This position is based in Edina, Minnesota, and offers an excellent opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with an attentive and empathetic approach.
• Deliver accurate and comprehensive information to customers by utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
• Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions, including transactions, feedback, and concerns.
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm that customer issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal teams for further assistance.
• Assess customer needs effectively to provide tailored solutions and foster long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about company policies, products, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date communication.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.
• Skilled in email correspondence and order entry processes.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions effectively.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
