Summary
MCG is recruiting on behalf of the leading nutrition company in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for an experienced Member Service Representative who will be responsible in providing professional and pleasant face to face engagement with Members and Customers of the organization. Work setup is Onsite, and office is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
Provide professional and pleasant face to face engagement with Members and Customers.
Process all orders, request, inquiries and complaints accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure that all transactions are recorded, attended to and tracked for proper monitoring
Key job qualifications include:
College graduate with at least 6 months customer service work experience.
Excellent customer service, problem solving and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and E-mail).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
