Customer Service Representative Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and answer customer inquiries - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy - Process payments and maintain cash register accuracy - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering area - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations The baking associate would be expected to learn how to use the DonutNV donut machine, learn all functions of the machine and be able to make donuts and troubleshoot sudden mechanical issues. The baking associate would also be responsible for beverage preparation, event setup and breakdown.
