Position Responsibilities
● Guide and process customer orders.
● Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
● Help customers navigate the QDI website and place orders.
● Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
● Work with other QDI branches and departments to meet our customers' needs.
● Enter estimates and sales orders
● Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
● Maintain sales / advertising areas and supplies.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked showroom.
● Assist other areas, as necessary.
● Other duties as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
● Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
● Dedicated to excellent attendance and punctuality.
● Bilingual English/Spanish.
