We are looking for professional, customer focused Call Center Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for answering incoming webcam calls in a prompt and courteous manner. The CSR will resolve various customer inquiries and problems regarding account information, payment, and equipment issues. Successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every action and decision.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound webcam calls in a timely manner
Communicate professionally and effectively
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research issues
Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs
Provide customers with appropriate information and effective solutions
Resolve customer complaints independently
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Document call information according to standard operating procedures
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to clearly speak, read, and comprehend the English language
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
