Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: South Dallas

Salary: $24.00 - $26.50 / hour.

Position Overview

In this role, you'll manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensure smooth workflow operations, and maintain strong customer relationships. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Request estimates or quotes when necessary.
• Accurately enter job tickets and release them to the production team.
• Implement revisions based on customer requests.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Attend daily production meetings, document key updates, and relay job progress to sales representatives.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in job ticket processing to optimize time management, cost efficiency, and product quality.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer systems and job processing software.
• Strong multitasking ability with excellent organizational skills.
• Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office.
