About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking travel health services and advice. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset will help build trust and ensure every client feels informed, confident, and cared for.
What You’ll Do
Connect: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, professionalism, and care.
Build Trust: Turn first-time clients into lifelong advocates by delivering a warm, consistent experience.
Coordinate: Schedule appointments and booster sessions accurately and efficiently.
Advocate: Educate clients on Passport Health’s services and how we help them stay healthy and travel-ready.
Deliver Accuracy: Share clear, reliable information using all available resources.
Stay Agile: Navigate multiple tasks and client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to create a seamless and positive client journey.
Support: Assist the call center leadership team with additional tasks and initiatives as needed.

Schedule
Monday to Friday: Choose from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm or 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday rotation: Work one Saturday every 4–6 weeks – or opt in for a permanent Saturday schedule with shift differential pay!
What You Bring To The Table
High school diploma or GED (required)
Customer service or sales experience (call center experience is a plus!)
Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency in Google Suite and basic Microsoft Office tools
Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism
A keen eye for detail (yes, we mentioned this twice—just making sure you caught it!)
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of accountability
