Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. The CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service to our members and customers, addressing inquiries, and facilitating efficient communication within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist members with order placements, product information, and service-related questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
